A brand new 2025-built four-bedroom villa on a quiet gang off Jl. Dalem Penataran I in Pererenan, one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods on Bali's south-west coast, within easy reach of Pererenan Beach, Canggu and the Nyanyi rice fields.

The villa sits on 500 sqm of land with 400 sqm of built area. All four bedrooms are en-suite, and one bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. The layout includes a spacious living room, a separate dining room, a guest powder room, a dedicated fitness room and a balcony overlooking the garden. Outside there is a private swimming pool with a separate kids' pool.

The monthly rate covers housekeeping three times a week, linen laundry, a water filter system, a back-up generator, pool and garden maintenance eight times a month, pest control twice a month, banjar and garbage fees and Netflix. Electricity and breakfast are not included.
