3BR Family Villa with Private Pool and Large Garden in Berawa

About this villa

A traditional Balinese villa of 200 m2 standing on an 800 m2 plot on a quiet street in the heart of Berawa. Alang-alang roofs, high open timber ceilings and green on every side. The pavilion living room opens straight onto the lawn and the private pool; there is a long hardwood dining table under the thatch, an open kitchen, and a trampoline and toys for children. Three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom finished in stone with open-air showers. Car parking is on the public street. Cleaning, pool and garden service, rubbish collection and internet are included in the rent; electricity is on the tenant. Suited to a family or a group who want space and garden rather than a compact new-build.
